Returns & Shipping

Please note, Elephant Attire have a 7 day returns policy. Garments must be returned in an unworn and unwashed condition. Items must have original tags still attached.

Any marks such as makeup, tan or odours such as smoke, perfume or detergents will NOT be refunded and returned back to the customer. 

Sale items are non refundable.

To return items then simply go to our contact page and emailed us for our returns address. We highly recommend using a tracking service as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. Please allow 48 hours for a response to any email contact.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to get all items dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. 

UK shipping is included in the price

Overseas Shipping please email us to check price. 

Please note delivery time does not include Sundays or bank holidays.
